So I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my ab workout so here is a page dedicated to it!
This is a hard workout and I’m posting what I do every night. I started out with less reps and less intensity. Adjust accordingly!! Don’t hurt yourself! I promise you, you’ll see/feel a difference in 3 weeks! That’s not to say you’ll have perfectly flat abs but if you keep working at it you will ;)
I recommend listening to the pandora 21 min. workout station to keep you going.
okay so here we go!
first do 100 front crunches then turn to your right side do 50 side crunches then to your left and do 50 side crunches, go back center and do 50 then 25 on each side, then 25 center, 25 on each side and then 25 center! in all thats 200 front crunches and 100 on each side (I know its alot so adjust accordingly!) (this is the hardest part!)
second Lift legs straight in air while on your back and lower as low as possible without touching the ground and then bring your knees into your chest and repeat. do that 20 times and then reverse the direction for 20 more times
third do 75 bicycles
fourth while on your back have your legs straight out as low to the ground without touching the floor, pull knees into chest while simultaneously doing a crunch. Do this 20 times!
fifth plank for 1 minute
sixth do 20 situps AND YOU ARE DONE!
Remember take breaks accordingly and also adjust the intensity. *especially when first starting out!!!! I can’t remember exactly how many of what I did at first so just dont hurt yourself! I do a lot of ab work because i need it for sailing and dance (and in the fall i have no time to workout whatsoever.. hahaha so it helps me keep up to snuff) good luck, and you’ll feel so good once you finish and if you stick with it (I’ve been doing it for almost a month) I promise you will DEF see a difference :)
